WELCOME TO THE CHAPTER PRESIDENT'S PACKET PAGE
This page has been set up specifically for the Chapter Presidents of the United Federated Planets and contains information that is designed to assist you in your daily administration and operation of your chapter. It is not the intent of this page to run your chapter but to provide updated information from the International Corporate Office which will provide technical support for you to utilize as you see fit to do so. Without further delay, let us begin.
CHAPTER PRESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
The Chapter Presidents Association was founded for the purpose of exchanging information concerning basic and specific chapter operations to strengthen the entire UFP chapter program. The way this works is that an information highway is established through the Chairperson of the Chapter Presidents Association, who collects the information and then distributes it to the participating chapter presidents.
The Chapter Presidents Association is totally voluntary and no one is forced to be a member of the Chapter Presidents Association. However, the benefits that can be derived from the Chapter Presidents Association is great and beneficial to anyone who presides over a chapter.
At this time, the Chapter Presidents Association is accepting members from the pool of chapter presidents in the UFP. A period of three (3) months will be set for enrollment into the Chapter Presidents Association which will be handled at the International Corporate Headquarters. Once the membership has been established, a Chairperson will be elected by the member chapter presidents.
The Chairperson will be responsible for establishing the information highway to be used in distributing information contributed by the Chapter Presidents Association members. At this time a list serve is being established for this purpose.

TEN THINGS MY PASTOR SAID WE SHOULD STRIVE TO DO:
1. Realize that nearly every person around you is worthy of respect.
2. Put yourself in another persons place before you try to "put them in their place."
3. Accept the fact that your way is not always the only way.
4. Remember that a smile is the most contagious thing in the world.
5. Try a little sabotage on the machinery of discontent.
6. Quit trying to win every argument.
7. Lean toward forgiveness more than you lean toward judgment.
8. Don't try to forget your faults. Try to fix them.
9. Cultivate your goodness, not your meanness.
10. Develop and demonstrate a solid sense of humor.
I feel that these items will help us all become more sensitive to the needs and feelings of others and thus, make us all better leaders.
IN CLOSING:
I certainly hope that you can use this information and that it, in some small way, is helpful to you. I will be updating this page on a regular basis so please check back at least monthly to see what I've added. I hope to have the Chapter Presidents Association up and going within the next three (3) months so that you can talk to each other and exchange ideas. The UFP is growing and the system works because of your efforts and good works for the UFP as a Chapter President. I've always said that I can not do this alone and that no one person can make the UFP work and that is more true today than at any time in the UFP's history. Keep up the great work and together we will take the UFP to the top of the world!
Yours in fandom, Mike Ferguson
