For information on the operations and developmental assistance of the various sectors of the fan club and the UFPMAC Program. He works with the fan club Sector Heads in the development of their sectors. He works with the UFPMACs in the development of the UFPMAC Program in their state/country. He is also responsible for assisting newly forming or formed UFP chapters in getting organized and set up. He will advise them of proper reporting procedures and club records maintenance.
