JOHN DOE # 2

By Mike Ferguson

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 16, 1998, 9:02 AM

Officers Thomas and Martinez are working at the main security desk in the main foyer of the bank lobby.

"Hey Thomas, are we having fun yet?" asks Officer Martinez.

"Yeah, loads!" replies Officer Thomas.

Outside the weather is cool and the sky is clear. Just right for March in Oklahoma. The business day is just getting really into full swing with patrons coming and going.

Officer Johnson is monitoring the metal detector which has been in use since the Alfred P. Murrah bombing. All is pretty quiet right now with no one coming in or leaving the bank.

All of the sudden the metal detector goes off. It's load whistling noise attracts everyone's attention. But no one is in the metal detector or even anywhere near it!

The guards, however, go into their protection mode which they had trained for in the event of an armed intruder. They draw their service revolvers and lock down the front doors. Officer Thomas notifies his supervisor of the alarm and that no one was near it when it went off. Once it is determined that no one was in the area of the machine, it is assumed to be a mechanical failure on the part of the machine. The supervisor gives the all clear and the guards go back to regular duty status, open the front doors and call for the repairman for the metal detector. Business as usual.

"Now that was very strange. In the four years I've been here, that machine has never malfunctioned before." states Officer Johnson.

"I know, It stumps me, too." says Officer Thomas.

Federal Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 16, 1998,  9:02 AM

Court Security Officer (CSO) Torres is outside smoking a cigarette which he does just about every day at the same time. He is gazing across the street at the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza thinking about his fishing trip he is going to take this coming weekend. All of the sudden he catches a glimpse of some movement in the plaza area but realizes that there can be no movement in that area because it is a secure area. There is a fence all the way around the entire Alfred P. Murrah bomb site, it is a memorial. There are guards at every entry point that are contracted employees of the Federal Protective Service so no one can be there. He dismisses the incident, puts his cigarette out and goes back inside the Federal Courthouse.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 16, 1998, 9:30 AM

Inside the Accounting Section of the Federal Reserve Bank, Accounting Clerk Robinson has just finished running his second reading on the amount of cash on hand in the main vault. He calls his supervisor, Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson on the phone.

"Mr. Davidson, you need to come to my office. Sir. I have a discrepancy in the amount of on hand cash in the main vault. It was correct just thirty minutes ago but it is off by ten thousand dollars now!" Accounting Clerk Robinson reports.

"I'll be right there." Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson replies.

Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson arrives at Accounting Clerk Robinson's office and they review the last audit and determine that the money is in fact gone. There were no withdraws by anyone and the money just seems to have vanished.

Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson calls his supervisor to report the missing money.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 18, 1998, 9:02 AM

Another day at work and Officers Thomas and Martinez are working at the main security desk in the main foyer of the bank lobby. Officer Johnson is sitting idly by the metal detector reading a newspaper. Nothing is going on right now, no one coming in or leaving. Everything is really quiet.

All of the sudden the metal detector alarm goes off, sending the guards into their protective mode! Just like two days ago they lock down the building and check the area. No one!

"What the heck is going on here?" asks Officer Thomas.

"Beats me!" replied Officer Johnson.

"Man, two times in one week, this is just plain strange!" exclaims Officer Martinez.

"It's more than that, it's plain spooky!" responds Officer Johnson.

Their supervisor calls down from the main monitor room on the radio.

"What's going on down there?" he asks.

"I think it is another malfunction of the metal detector, Lieutenant." responds Officer Johnson.

"Well, we did not see anyone near the machine so have the repairman come back out and tell him to fix the darn thing this time!" exclaims the supervisor.

"Yes, Sir." responds Officer Johnson.

"Thomas, get that repairman back out here. Let's get this thing fixed." says Officer Johnson.

Officer Martinez reopens the bank for business.

Federal Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 16, 1998,  9:02 AM

CSO Freddrick is outside of the Federal Courthouse smoking his new cigar and thinking about the new motorcycle he is planning to buy. He is retired from the Oklahoma City Police Department and gets a good pension check but works here for the money to buy the nicer things he wants, like the new Harley Davidson motorcycle. All of the sudden he sees a movement in the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza across the street. But that can't be since the area is secured by a high fence and guards at every entrance way. He looks again but sees nothing now.

CSO Freddrick looks over at CSO Torres who is standing there smoking his cigarette.

"Hey, Torres, I just had a weird thing happen to me! I thought I saw someone across the street in the plaza. Is that weird or what?" CSO Freddrick asks.

"Wow, Man. I thought I saw something over there yesterday, too!" replied Torres.

"Now that is too weird!" responded CSO Freddrick.

"Yeah, since no one can get into that area without a Federal Protective Service Officer escorting them." replied CSO Torres.

"Man, I guess we have just been working too hard." laughs CSO Freddrick.

"Yeah, that's got to be it." replies CSO Torres

"Well, to be on the safe side, I think I'll call the Federal Protective Service and let them know. Someone may have climbed over the fence or something. We have a lot of homeless in the area these days." says CSO Freddrick.

"That's not a bad idea." responds CSO Torres.

Both men go back inside the Federal Courthouse and CSO Freddrick goes to the telephone.

"I think I'll call upstairs and let the Marshal know what is going on too." says CSO Freddrick.

"Yeah, kiss up." jokes CSO Torres.

CSO Freddrick notifies both the U.S. Marshal Service and the Federal Protective Service of what he and CSO Torres had seen in the plaza and their thoughts of the homeless getting inside. Both agencies tell CSO Freddrick that they will look into it.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 18, 1998, 9:30 AM

Inside the Accounting Section of the Federal Reserve Bank, Accounting Clerk Robinson has just finished running his second reading on the amount of cash on hand in the main vault.

"Oh no, not again!" gasps Accounting Clerk Robinson.

He calls his supervisor, Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson on the phone.

"Mr. Davidson, you are not going to believe this, Sir, but I have another discrepancy in the amount of on hand cash in the main vault. It is off by ten thousand dollars again and I can't explain it!" Accounting Clerk Robinson reports.

"OK, I'll be right there." Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson replies.

Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson arrives at Accounting Clerk Robinson's office and they review the last audit and determine that the money is in fact gone again. Again there were no withdraws by anyone and the money just seemed to have vanished.

Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson calls his supervisor to report the missing money and to ask for an official inquiry into the disappearance of the money.

FBI Headquarters, Washington, D.C., Assistant Director Skinner's Office,   March 18, 1998, 1:00 PM

"On March 16, 1998 at 9:02 AM in Oklahoma City the Federal Reserve Bank had their metal detector alarm go off while no one was near the machine and at the same time ten thousand dollars came up missing from the main vault. The two events appear to be tied in together and I have been asked to have you go to Oklahoma City and see what you can make of this incident. The really odd thing is that it happened again this morning and people are concerned" A.D. Skinner advised Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.

Both agents were seated in front of A.D. Skinner's desk. They exchanged glances. Agent Mulder had that look of excitement which came with every X-Files case he received.

"Sir, has anyone noticed that the times of these incidents is the same time as the Oklahoma City Bombing?" Scully asked.

"Yes, they have and that is why they want you two to go to Oklahoma City and see what is going on." replied A.D. Skinner.

"So, when do we leave?" asked Agent Mulder.

"You leave at 3:00 PM. Your tickets are ready for you to pick up. So I suggest you get packed and get started." replied A.D. Skinner.

Outside of A.D. Skinner's office, Mulder looks at Scully and says "Ye ha, Oklahoma! Always wanted to see some real Indians!"

"Let's get ready, we don't have much time." responded Scully.

"OK, I'll meet you at the airport." Mulder replied as he danced down the hallway.

Will Rogers World Airport, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.                   March 18, 1998, 5:30 PM

The plane lands in a somewhat cool Oklahoma afternoon for March. It taxies to the terminal where Special Agents Dana Scully and Fox Mulder deplane.

"Thank you for flying with us." the stewardess says.

"Thank you for the sunflower seeds." Mulder replies. "Where did you get them, if you don't mind me asking?"

"They were some I brought onboard for myself, I didn't mind sharing with you, Sir." the stewardess replies.

Once in the terminal arm section the agents look for the signs that will get them to their luggage and the car rental areas.

"Well, here we are. Oklahoma, the land of the Indians." Says Mulder as he looks around the airport.

"Well, we are in Oklahoma City. We better get a rental car and directions to the Westin Hotel." says Scully.

"I think that is down stairs near the luggage pickup." says Mulder as he begins to walk toward the main terminal.

"So, what do you think of this assignment?" Scully asks.

"I think it holds some x-file type of mystique." Mulder replies.

They arrive at the escalator and ride it down to the luggage claim area and car rental stations. Once down stairs Mulder goes to get the luggage while Scully goes to arrange the car rental and get directions to the Westin Hotel. Scully is given a map of Oklahoma City's downtown area with the Westin Hotel marked. She notices the locations of the Federal Reserve Bank, the Federal Courthouse and the Alfred P. Murrah bomb site also and they are not that far from the hotel. They walk to the car and get in after Mulder loads the luggage in the trunk.

"I got a map of the area." Scully tells Mulder.

"Great, now we won't get too lost." Mulder responds.

"I never get lost!" Scully retorts.

"Well, not yet but there is always a first time." Mulder says with his small smile on his lips.

"We got to the ramp that says "downtown" and then drive there. We then get off on a street called Walker. From there I have planned the route to the hotel." Scully said with pride.

"Great, wake me when we get there." Mulder replies and then cuddles down in the passenger seat and naps the entire way to the hotel.

A hotel employee meets them in the front driveway of the hotel and takes their bags inside for them as Mulder comes back to the world of awake.

A valet parks their car in the hotel garage while they check into the hotel. Once the car keys are returned, Scully and Mulder go to their hotel rooms on the fifth floor and then return to the hotel restaurant for a quick bite to eat as they go over the case, as they know it.

"OK, we have two entries into the main vault of the Federal Reserve Bank with a total of twenty thousand dollars removed from the vault. The metal detector goes off both times with no one around it. While at the same time, two different CSOs see something in the area of the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza area but agree that no one can be in that area due to the tight security of protecting the site." Scully explains.

"Sounds right to me." Mulder agrees.

"So, how is this happening? Who is getting into the vault and taking the money and leaving with it without being seen by anyone?" Scully asks.

"Well, that's why we're here, to explain it. We are the pros in this area but we won't know much until we see the area of the events and the video they are holding for us to see." Mulder responds as he munches on a sandwich.

"I guess we will do this in the morning, around 8 or so?" Scully asks as she sips a cup of hot tea.

"Yep, around 8. I'll call your room when I get up or you can call mine when you get up, whichever comes first." Mulder replies as he finishes off his sandwich.

"I'm going jogging before I turn in, want to come along?" Mulder asks.

"No, I'm going to take a nice hot bath and go to bed. I'll see you in the morning." Scully replies.

"OK, good night." Mulder responds as he goes to get changed for his night time jogging.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 19, 1998, 9:00 AM

Mulder and Scully enter the Federal Reserve Bank and walk up to the main security desk. Officer Thomas acknowledges their approach.

"Good morning, folks. How can I help you?" Officer Thomas asks.

Mulder reaches into his inside coat pocket, pulls out his ID case, opens it and holds it up for Officer Thomas' inspection.

"We are Special Agents Mulder and Scully, FBI. We have an appointment with Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson" Mulder declares.

"Yes, Sir. We were told you were coming in and to assist you in any way we can. I will have Officer Martinez escort you to CAC Davidson's office." Officer Thomas responds and directs the agents past the metal detector where Officer Johnson watches them pass.

"This way, please." Officer Martinez says as he leads the way to Chief Accounting Clerk Davidson's office.

"This has been very weird for everyone." Officer Martinez explains as they walk down the hallway.

"So we understand." Mulder replies.

"That's why we are here." Scully adds.

"Here we are." Officer Martinez says as they stop at the door marked "CAC Davidson".

"Thank you, Officer Martinez." Scully says as Mulder knocks on the door.

"Come in." CAC Davidson calls out.

Mulder opens the door and lets Scully enter first. Mulder again shows his ID to CAC Davidson and introduces himself and Scully.

"Please be seated." CAC Davidson says as he directs them to two overstuffed chairs in front of his desk.

"Let me speak candidly. This thing has everyone on edge here. Twenty thousand dollars taken out of the main vault with no indication of who is behind it or how this is being done. We are at our wits end with this thing!" CAC Davidson explains rather excitedly.

"The videos show absolutely no one in the area of the main vault or the metal detector during each occurrence?" Scully asks.

"That's correct. No one at either location. How can this be?" CAC Davidson exclaims.

"That is what we are here to determine." Scully responds.

"Can we inspect the main vault?" Mulder asks.

"Of course. We are to cooperate with you completely in this investigation." CAC Davidson explains.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 19, 1998, 9:02 AM

Officers Martinez and Thomas are standing at the main security desk discussing their plans to go fishing on the upcoming weekend. Officer Johnson is standing by the metal detector looking down the hallway that the two agents had gone. Suddenly the metal detector alarm goes off and the officers again go into protective mode by locking down the building and checking for anyone in the area of the metal detector. No one is there or anywhere near it.

Mulder and Scully hear the alarm and run to the main lobby, guns drawn and at the ready. They are prepared for anything they may find. Officer Johnson sees them running down the hallway.

"No one again!" Officer Johnson shouts to the agents.

"No one at all?" Mulder asks as he and Scully put their weapons away.

"No one and I'll bet there is more money missing!" Officer Thomas exclaims.

CAC Davidson is behind Mulder and Scully and hears what Officer Thomas says.

"Quick, this way!" CAC Davidson shouts to the agents as he turns and begins to run down the hallway they had just run down.

CAC Davidson leads the agents to the Accounting Office where he directs Accounting Clerk Robinson to run an audit of the main vault. After a few moments it is determined that another ten thousand dollars is missing!

"Let's view the videos." Mulder says to CAC Davidson.

"OK, follow me." CAC Davidson says as he leads them to the main security office.

Lieutenant Matthews is on duty as the supervisor for the day. He leads the trio to the main monitor recording room and replays the video during the period in question. There is no one in the main vault or in the area of the metal detector.

"Now that is strange." Scully says.

"Yes, it is." Mulder agrees.

Federal Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 19, 1998,   9:02 AM

CSO Torres and Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton are standing outside enjoying the freshness of the cool morning air when they both see a movement in the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza across the street.

"OK, did you see that?" CSO Torres asks Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton.

"I certainly did but it can't be. There is no way a person can get in there without passing one of the security guards on duty." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton replies in disbelief.

"I agree but I thought I have seen movement there before and we thought it might be one of the street people in the area." CSO Torres replies.

At that time both hear the alarm going off at the Federal Reserve Bank and Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton runs toward the bank while CSO Torres goes back inside to notify the U. S. Marshal Service of Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton responding to the bank alarm.

Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 19, 1998, 9:05 AM

Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton arrives at the bank to find the doors just being reopened. He identifies himself to Officer Thomas who directs Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton to the agents.

"I'm Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton." he says to the agents as he holds up his badge and identification wallet.

"I'm Special Agent Mulder and this is Special Agent Scully, FBI." Mulder replies as he displays his identification wallet. "We have been assigned this case and just arrived when the alarm went off and another ten thousand dollars was taken."

"Another ten thousand dollars?" Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton responds.

"Yes and by a ghost, as far as we can tell." Mulder replies as Scully looked away and rolled her eyes. She was often taken back by her partners terminology.

"So it would appear." Officer Johnson agrees.

"Well, I'm not real big on ghost theories. I think that everything has to have a logical explanation and reason for why they happen." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton says.

This statement gets Scully's attention and she is perked up by this shared view point.

"Until something proves otherwise, that is." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton says.

"Something odd that has been happening though is that at the same time as these robberies, there is a mysterious movements sighted in the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza but we have not really paid much attention to them due to the tight security around the memorial site. High fence and twenty four hour security around the site. No way a person could get in so we dismissed it as the wind blowing tree branches around. However, both events seem to be tied together by the common bond of time of event." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton declared.

"Is there a way we could get into the area to search it for clues?" Mulder asks.

"Clues of what?" Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton asks.

"I don't know but something is tying these events together so perhaps there is something there to be found." Mulder explains.

"Well, we will need to go see the Federal Protective Service to gain entry." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton says.

"Please, lead the way." Mulder replies.

The agents follow Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton to the Old Post Office where the Federal protective Service Office is located.

Old Post Office, Office of the Federal protective Service, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 20, 1998, 9:20 AM

Once past the metal detector and being allowed to retain their weapons because of being escorted by Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton and being on an active case, the trio proceed to the Federal Protective Service Office on the third floor where they are introduced to Captain Tomasson, Commander for the Federal protective Service in Oklahoma City, by Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton.

"We have reason to believe that a mysterious movement in the Alfred P. Murrah Plaza is related to a series of robberies from the Federal Reserve Bank here in Oklahoma City. It appears that every time there is a robbery, there is a movement sighted in the plaza area, at the exact same time. 9:02 AM. Same time as the bombing" Mulder explains.

"This is correct, Captain. I witnessed such a movement myself along with CSO Torres, at the Federal Courthouse, this morning just as the alarm went off at the bank. I discovered the time similarities this morning when I arrived at the bank and spoke with Agent Mulder." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton explains.

"OK, let me get Chief Burns to assist us. He is in charge of the site security and can get us into the site." Captain Tomasson explains as he picks up his radio.

"101 to 102." Captain Tomasson calls.

"102 here." Chief Burns replies.

"102, please meet me at the Murrah site at the east gate." Captain Tomasson says.

"10-4, I'll be there in five minutes." Chief Burns replies.

"10-4." Captain Tomasson ends the call.

"OK, if you will follow me, we will go to the site." Captain Tomasson says as he leads the way out of his office and into the hallway.

The walk is refreshing, the air is still cool and crisp. Mulder is very excited, he is not sure what he will find but he knows the answer awaits them at the plaza. There is not much conversation between the parties during the trek to the site. Scully notices that there are a lot of people in the area, looking at the site and leaving momentous on the fence. Scully sees the pictures of the victims scattered around the fence and for the first time in years, it becomes very real to her that many people died here and that the site is much more than just a place, it is a monument to those who died and who survived the terrible bombing of April 19, 1995. Scully feels the despair and anguish that is felt by every Oklahoman every day since that tragic day. She feels the mood and can't help but feel compassion for the victims who died on this spot of the earth in such a tragic way, in such a peaceful state as Oklahoma, where such violence should have never touched a soul.

Alfred P. Murrah Plaza, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, March 20, 1998, 10:00 AM

As they enter the plaza everyone looks to Mulder and wonders what he is looking for and what he hopes to find here.

"OK, what are we looking for, Agent Mulder?" Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton asks for everyone.

"I'm not sure but we'll know what it is when we find it." Mulder responds.

Everyone begins to search the area. They look into every nook and cranny of the plaza. They see the destruction of the bomb in almost every place they look. Metal light poles bent by the strong force after it came through the building to get to the plaza on the other side of the building. The broken bricks and cracked cement structures. They keep searching and looking for something, for anything out of the ordinary.

Mulder finds a metal box under one of the cement benches used by the victims in a happier time before the bombing when they ate their lunches here and sit here for their breaks away from the office. Benches where the more pleasant memories of the Alfred P. Murrah Building could be found for those who died for no good reason at all.

"I think I found it!" Mulder shouts as he places the metal box on the bench it was hidden under.

"Here, I have some rubber gloves!" Captain Tomasson shouts as he races to the bench.

"Good, let me have them, please." Mulder says as he looks at the metal box.

"There's no lock on it." Scully observes.

"No, I don't think it was supposed to ever be locked." Mulder replies.

"Looks old and rusty. It might have been here a while." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton observes.

"I don't think so. The FBI lab guys went through this area very carefully and I doubt they would have missed this." Mulder replies.

"I believe you are right, they were very thorough in their search." Captain Tomasson says.

"OK, here goes." Mulder says after he puts the gloves on.

"Try not to smear any fingerprints." Deputy U.S. Marshal Thornton says.

"I doubt you will find any on this." Mulder states as he opens the lid.

Inside the box is a drivers license issued to Alex Krycek which is on top of an old newspaper article on "John Doe Number Two" which is on top of the thirty thousand dollars in cash taken from the Federal Reserve Bank.

"Well, surprise, surprise." Mulder says as he holds up the drivers license for Scully to see and looks at Scully.

"Not really, considering his past record." Scully announces.

"We'll get this to the FBI field office and get it checked for fingerprints." Mulder says as he closes the metal box with it's contents safely inside.

Mulder picks up the metal box and places it inside a large brown paper bag brought to the scene by Captain Tomasson, just in case they found something worth collecting.

Just then a movement catches the eyes of Agents Mulder and Scully, just to their left in the trees. They look again but see nothing. No one else saw it in the entire group present except for Mulder and Scully. Mulder accepts it as a thank you from a victim long dead but never forgotten. Scully is not sure of what it was she saw.

The metal box was transported to the Oklahoma City FBI Branch Office where it was checked for any clues but none were ever found. No fingerprints, no fibers, no hair, nothing.

FBI Headquarters, Washington, D.C., Assistant Director Skinner's Office,   March 23, 1998, 9:00 AM

A.D. Walter Skinner sits behind his desk and reviews the written report turned in by Agents Mulder and Scully. He reads the final page and looks up.

"So, we now know or suspect that Krycek was John Doe Number Two in the Oklahoma City Bombing on April 19, 1995 by the contents of the metal box you found under the bench, Agent Mulder?" A.D. Skinner asks.

"Yes, Sir. I believe that is what we were being told." Mulder responds.

"And who left this cryptic message for you to find, Agent Mulder?" A.D. Skinner asks.

"That we may never know, Sir." Mulder replies.

"That the box was there is a fact, Sir. That the money in the box was taken from the Federal Reserve Bank of Oklahoma City is a fact, Sir. That the drivers license and newspaper article were found in the metal box with the money is a fact, Sir. The only conclusion to be drawn by the evidence in hand is that Alex Krycek was John Doe Number Two in the Oklahoma City Bombing of April 19, 1995, Sir." Scully states.

"The facts I'm well aware of, Agent Scully. But the fact remains that there was no arrest made and no suspect or suspects named in the robberies." A.D. Skinner states.

"That is true, Sir. There was no physical evidence left at the crime scene to build any suspect information on other than the money being taken from the main vault." Scully says.

"OK, the money was recovered and that is what the Federal Reserve Bank wanted. We will issue a warrant for Alex Krycek to be brought in for questioning concerning the Oklahoma City Bombing." A.D. Skinner states.

Mulder and Scully remain seated. A.D. Skinner looks up at them.

"That will be all. You may go." A.D. Skinner says.

Mulder and Scully leave the office. In the hallway they walk back to their office in silence, each with their own thoughts about all that has happened and what it means to them. They now wait for their next x-file case.

Somewhere, Washington, D.C., March 23, 1998, 9:30 AM

The Cigarette Smoking Man sits at a desk and looks at Alex Krycek sitting in front of his desk. The Cigarette Smoking Man draws deep on his cigarette and exhales the smoke.

"What they found in Oklahoma City is of no consequence. Nothing will ever come of it." The Cigarette Smoking Man says to Krycek.

"But how the hell did my drivers license get in that metal box?!" Krycek asks angrily.

"Who cares, it was planted there. They can't prove a thing." The Cigarette Smoking Man says as he exhales again.

"But I was there and now they think they can prove it!" Krycek states angrily.

"I know you were there but they can't prove a thing. Let it go, we still have other work to do. I'll take care of their warrant." The Cigarette Smoking Man assures Krycek.

"The discovery is not good but it is acceptable, we can cover it up easy enough. Now to your next assignment." The Cigarette Smoking Man says.
